By the time you’re done, you’ll have everything you need to give teachers feedback that will actually change their practice without pushback, hurt feelings, or blank stares. 

But the biggest difference will be in the way that you feel about the feedback process. Rather than feeling like an evaluator who is rushing to get into classrooms and complete formulaic write ups in order to comply with the demands of your district, you’ll start to feel like Marlan who recently told me “I have been frustrated with the observation/evaluation process at our school for years but have never been able to figure out how to change it to be more productive.
