The mistake MOST school administrators make when it comes to staff alignment is that they try to force or convince everyone to conform.
It’s not their fault. That’s what our leadership training has taught us to do.
But Builders know that high-pressure leadership tactics—where you spend all of your time chasing, checking, and correcting teachers—not only create resentment, but they can actually feed toxicity or create even more problems where there were none.

The Two Methods to Staff Alignment
