On day 1, we’ll explore the fundamental principles of building a strong and positive culture focused on helping EVERY student you serve be successful. You’ll discover how to build the key components to a culture of excellence that drives results.
Day 2: Wednesday, April 19
Creating a New Cultural Narrative
There’s a saying that whoever controls your narrative controls your culture. So, on Day 2 we’ll explore the hidden power of storytelling to create a powerful and inspiring narrative for your team. You’ll discover how to take control of your school’s narrative and craft a compelling school narrative that resonates with your team’s values, aspirations, and goals and how to use that narrative to motivate and engage your team to pursue your 100% vision for your school.
Day 3: Thursday, April 20
Creating the Right Organizational Habits
On Day 3, we’ll dive into the habits and practices that support a healthy school culture. You’ll learn how to identify the root causes that are undermining your culture and the exact steps you need to take to develop and reinforce behaviors that align with your vision and support your students’ success.
Each day, we’ll record two training sessions from 1pm to 4 pm Eastern Time / 10 am to 1pm Pacific Time, taking a break in between. If you can’t make it one day, no worries. We’ll post a replay each day that will be available for 24 hours only, Still, it’s best to join us LIVE when you can because each day, I’ll save some time to answer questions and do some live coaching to help you apply what you are learning to your own school culture.
