ACE, Principal
I can’t believe how well this process worked!
YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS FEELING
Sometimes the district hands you a solution before you've had a chance to name the problem yourself. You take it back to your building, stand in front of your staff, and sell something you didn't build.
Sometimes it's the opposite. You've studied the data. You know exactly what needs to happen. The district is even on board. So you bring it to your teachers with everything lined up — and they push back. Say it's too much. Get defensive. Slow walk it until the momentum dies.
Either way, you end up in the same place. Holding the vision alone.
It's not because your instincts are wrong. It’s just that goals and ideas and dreams fall apart under pressure.
A real vision doesn't.
WHAT HAS BEEN MISSING
Every plan needs a foundation on which to stand.
You have goals. You have a SIP. You have initiatives, PD plans, and carefully constructed meeting agendas.
None of it is the foundation.
The foundation is a 100% Vision. Not a “vision statement,” something fundamentally different. A specific, honest, compelling picture of what success looks like for every student in your building.
And here’s something we almost never admit to ourselves. Before the vision does anything for your staff, it does something for you. You know that feeling we sometimes get that we are making things up as we go along? The vision removes that feeling and gives you something real you can stand behind completely.
That’s for you.
Then it does something for them.
A 100% vision gives your staff something clear enough that they can see exactly where they are going. Real enough that they can see themselves in it. Compelling enough that when they walk out of the room, they already know their role in getting there.
Without that, everything you build is activity. Well-intentioned, hard-working activity that never quite compounds into the momentum you know this school is capable of.
Going through this process has given me the clarity to create a vision that I believe in and want to achieve. These past two years I have felt more like I was headed in no direction that I could bring people with me. I have been saying all of the important things, but without a framework in mind.
Misti, Principal
WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU HAVE IT
Marsha knew something was missing. Her school wasn't failing, her staff wasn't in revolt. But underneath the ordinary functioning of a fine school was a feeling that this place could be something more. That these kids deserved something more. She just didn't know exactly what that looked like.
So she tried things. Programs that had worked elsewhere. Strategies she'd been told would move the needle. PD that promised to shift the culture. Some of it helped a little. None of it lasted.
How do you get people to move toward something when you can't fully see it yourself?
So she built her 100% Vision. And for the first time, what had been a feeling became something real. Then she crafted her Vision Story.
Then she shared it.
Here is what nobody believes until they see it themselves. The room changed during the meeting. Not after. During. While she was still talking.
The conversations shifted. Teachers who had spent years telling her what the kids could not do started asking what they could try. The energy in the room moved from defense to imagination.
She did not argue anyone into it. She did not present data or mandate a mindset shift. She gave them a destination clear enough and real enough that they could see themselves inside it — and that changed what they thought was possible.
The shift lasted.
That is what a 100% Vision does. It doesn't just change what people believe is worth trying. It changes what they believe is possible for them.
And that changes everything.
The 100% Vision Sprint
The Sprint is not more PD. It is not a planning framework you attend and then file away.
It is a focused six-week guided experience where you where you turn what you’ve been carrying alone into three concrete tools your school can actually build from:
A 100% Vision that takes what you've always felt about your school and makes it real. Real enough to finally articulate. Real enough to confidently stand behind. Real enough for your staff to see and move toward.
A Vision Story that makes your vision real for your staff and earns genuine ownership instead of polite agreement.
A ONE Plan that organizes your entire year around what you actually want instead of scattering your energy across a dozen competing priorities.
These are not three separate deliverables.
They are one integrated foundation. And once you have it, everything else you do — your PD, your PLCs, your conversations with your most resistant staff — starts to work differently.
You walk into September with something most principals never have. A foundation that holds even when everything around you pushes back.
WHAT YOU BUILD
Your 100% Vision: The Foundation
Not a mission statement. Not a goal written for the SIP. A 100% Vision takes everything you’ve always felt about your school and turns it into a specific, honest, measurable picture of what success looks like for every student in your building. It’s clear enough to drive decisions, compelling enough to inspire action, and real enough that your staff can see themselves in it. This is the anchor for everything else you do this year.
Your Vision Story: How You Make Others See it
Your staff does not need another slogan. They need a reason to believe. You will craft a Vision Story that gives you the language to make people see what you see. The vision story framework will make your vision feel possible, urgent, and theirs. This is the moment your team stops waiting for direction and starts driving the work forward.
Your ONE Plan: How You Make Your Vision Real
Forget the twelve-point SIP no one follows. You will build a focused, one-page strategic roadmap that organizes your year around what you actually want, not someone else’s priorities. A one-page plan your entire building can see, understand, and work from without needing constant reminders from you.
YOU WILL NOT BE DOING THIS ALONE
We have everything you need to make sure you succeed:
You’ll get the Building Process:
- The 100% Vision Workshop –– A step-by-step process for building your vision from scratch. Prompts, templates, and real examples included. Takes what you've always felt about your school and turns it into a clear 100% vision you can say aloud and build.
- The Vision Story Builder –– This is what changes the room. You will craft a compelling seven-part narrative that makes your vision impossible to dismiss — in a faculty meeting, in a district meeting, in any room where your vision has ever been picked apart or buried under someone else's agenda. Your staff stops nodding politely and starts moving. Your district stops pushing their agenda and starts engaging with yours.
- The ONE Plan Roadmap –– Turn your vision into a focused one-page plan everyone understands and can use to create real momentum this year.
You’ll get feedback and support:
- Live Builder Coaching Sessions –– Bring your draft vision, story, or plan and get direct support from Robyn. Leave each session with clarity, confidence, and a finished product.
- Vicky: Your AI Coach –– Expert feedback available 24/7 from an AI coach trained in the Buildership method. Wordsmith your vision at 10pm. Gut-check your ONE Plan before you present it. Real support whenever you need it.
You’ll get the tools you need to succeed:
- The Alignment Tool Audit –– Spot the gaps between your current plans and your new vision. Find hidden misalignments in your PD, PLCs, and SIP before they cost you the year.
- The Builder's Toolkit — Templates, scripts, and worksheets for every step already done for you so that you never start from scratch.
- The ONE Plan Swipe File — Proven, vision-aligned strategies for every section of your ONE Plan. Saves hours of guesswork and gives you a focused plan with confidence.

The Golden Ticket
Your $997 Sprint investment becomes your deposit toward Buildership University.

WHAT THE SIX WEEKS LOOK LIKE
Focused. Not overwhelming. Short, practical modules designed so you build as you learn. No sitting through training and figuring out how to apply it later.
Week 1 — Name what you actually want and build Your 100% Vision. Get clear on what success looks like for every student. Build a vision you actually believe in, in your own words, specific to your school and the year you are trying to create.
Week 2 — Stress-Test Your Vision to make sure it holds under pressure. Put your 100% Vision to the test. Build the confidence that it is not just inspiring, it is doable. Make sure it holds up against staff resistance, shifting priorities, and district pressure.
Week 3 — Make other people see it. Use our tested framework to turn your vision into a compelling narrative that helps your staff stop evaluating your vision from the outside and start seeing themselves inside it. This is where the vision stops living only in your head and becomes something other people can finally picture too.
Week 4 — From Agreement to Ownership. Share your Vision Story in a way that shifts the energy in the room from compliance to ownership, from hesitation to possibility. Instead of pushing people toward the work, you will create the conditions for them to move toward it themselves.
Week 5 — Build the plan that protects your vision. Build your ONE Plan, a focused roadmap that protects your vision from dilution and organizes your entire year around what actually matters most to you (not someone else’s priorities) and strong enough to hold the vision steady all year long.
Week 6 — Walk into August with a Foundation that Holds. In the final week, you will refine your vision, story, and ONE Plan with direct coaching and feedback so you walk into August with clarity you can actually stand on. No scrambling for momentum. No wondering what matters most. No shrinking the vision the moment resistance shows up. Just a clear destination, a team that can see it too, and a foundation strong enough to hold through the school year ahead.
FROM PRINCIPALS WHO HAVE
DONE THIS WORK
I had to share what happened after I shared the vision story. Three teachers approached me the next day. One asked for help with behavior and SPED support. Another reevaluated her minutes. A third asked for help with progress monitoring. My mind was blown. They weren’t just nodding. They were moving.
Cheryl, Principal
It is so much easier to keep moving forward. It seems like everyone wants us to go faster and obstacles that come up don’t seem as big or as challenging when we are all on the same page and know what our role is in the process.
Dana, Principal
I almost felt lazy. My team broke into groups on their own, started planning for fall, and took ownership of problems that normally would have landed back on my desk.
ANGIE, Principal
Having a concrete, simple, impactful vision [makes] my life so much EASIER! When I think back on all the decision-making, fire-fighting, budgeting, and resource management—if I had a vision, it would have created an alignment tool for everything I did as a principal.
Julie, Principal
THIS IS FOR YOU IF. . .
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF. . .
I have a lot of clarity
Stacey, Principal
I have a lot of clarity on taking things off our plate if it is not aligned to our vision; being able to confidently discern between "would be nice to do" and "must to do", as well as aligning district initiatives so they make sense to the staff through our vision's filter.
QUESTIONS
Q: I've tried other programs and built other plans. Why will this be different?
Most programs start with their answer. Their agenda. Their framework. Their philosophy. Their definition of what a good school looks like. The Sprint starts not with another answer, but with YOUR question. Not with what we think your school should look like, but with what you have always believed was possible for your kids and your staff. Everything you build in the Sprint comes from that. Your vision. Your words. Your school.
Q: When does the Sprint start and how much time does it take each week?
The Sprint runs June 14 through July 31. Each week has a short on-demand module designed to fit a summer schedule. Most participants spend two to three focused hours per week. Live coaching sessions are scheduled at the start so you can plan around them.
Q: What if I miss one of the live coaching sessions?
The sessions are date-specific — that is what creates real urgency to start on June 14. Recordings are available, but the live sessions are where the real momentum happens. If you can attend, attend.
Q: My district already has a SIP template. Will this conflict with that?
The Sprint does not replace your district SIP requirements. It builds the foundation that makes your SIP actually work. Most principals find their ONE Plan and their SIP complement each other — the vision and story clarify the why, the SIP handles the compliance document. You are not abandoning your district obligations. You are giving them something real to stand on.
Q: Can my district pay with a purchase order?
Yes. POs must be submitted by June 12. Click here to download the PO Packet that has everything you need to process it through Title I, Title II, ESSER, or local PD funds.
Q: What is the Golden Ticket?
Every Sprint enrollee receives a Golden Ticket — your full $997 Sprint investment applies as a deposit toward Buildership University. If you decide to continue the work inside BU, you are not paying for the Sprint twice. It is momentum with no wasted steps.
Q: Is there a guarantee?
This program is designed to meet you where you are and carry you all the way through. Show up, do the building work, and you will walk away with a vision, a story, and a plan that changes how your year begins. That is the promise.
You have always known what your school needs. You just haven’t had the right way to help everyone else see it, embrace it, and act on it.
Now you do.
Enrollment closes June 12.
